Why was my Scheduled Charging Session rejected?

Your scheduled charging session may have been rejected due to the following reasons:

  1. Ensure there are no ongoing sessions during the scheduled time.

  2. Disable restricted hours to enable charging 24/7.

  3. If solar preferences are enabled, make sure the charger is receiving a minimum of 6A to initiate the charge, if not ensure they are disabled.
