Why is My Car Not Charging?

There could be several reasons why your charger is not charging. To ensure your car can charge properly, please consider the following:

  • Confirm that the cable is securely connected to both ends. Sometimes, it may require some additional force to ensure a proper connection.
  • Ensure that your charger is connected to the internet. You can utilize the companion app, Installer Milesto link your charger to your home network.
  • In the Electric Miles app, verify that your charger status is indicated as 'Ready to charge.'
  • Double-check your EV car app settings to ensure they do not conflict with the charging app.
  • Make sure that any restricted hours set on the charger are disabled in the charger settings.
  • If the charger's indicator is flashing red, please reach out to the manufacturer for assistance.
  • Verify if the charger is receiving power.
