I registered for an account but did not receive a verification email. What should I do?

If you haven't received a verification email after registering for an account, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check your spam or junk email folder to ensure the verification email didn't end up there.
  • If you still haven't received the email, try requesting a resend of the verification email through the account registration process.
  • If you're using the "Continue via Google" or "Continue via Apple" options during registration, please note that verification emails are not sent in these cases. If you're experiencing issues with these methods, please contact our support team for assistance. support@electricmiles.co.uk
