To smart charge with the Octopus Intelligent tariff using Electric Miles App, you need to follow these steps:

1. Initially, set the charger to 'Plug and Charge' mode for a test charge.

2. After a successful test charge, switch the charger back to 'App' mode.

3. Enable smart charging from the Overview page by tapping 'Schedule Charge' on Electric Miles App.

4. Disable smart charge on Octopus App to avoid charge conflicts.
