What do I do if I can't find my tariff in the Electric Miles app?

We are working hard to make sure we support all our user's tariffs. In some cases you might experience your tariff cannot be found in the app. If this happens you can add your tariff manually.

To add a  manual tariff, follow these steps:

  1. Open Electric Miles' app,
  2. Click on 'Settings'``
  3. Click on ‘Your Supplier’ if you have not added any tariff.
    1. If a Tariff has been added, please click on delete.
  4. Select “Energy Supplier” 
  5. Tap on ‘Tariff Name’
  6. In the dropdown at the bottom tap on ‘Add tariff manually’
  7. Enter ‘Day rate’
  8. Enable ‘Night rate’ (If you have dual tariff)
  9. Now enter ‘Night rate’
  10. Select ‘ Night rate Start time and Finish time’
  11. Tap on Add
  12. Tap on ‘Save’
