How can I join a Zone?

To join a charging zone, you'll need a joining zone code. If you have one, there are several ways to join a Charging zone.

If you're a new user and there are no Charging zones in your account, you'll see a "Join zone" button on the Zone screen. Simply tap on it and enter the joining code. If the code is correct and the owner of the zone has enabled the option to join the zone, you'll automatically gain access to that zone and can benefit from charging instantly.

Alternatively, if you already have some charging zones managed in your account, begin by navigating to the Zone screen and locating the "Zone switch" option at the top left corner of the screen. Tap on this button, and a drawer with the option to Join a zone will be displayed. Tap on the option and follow the steps mentioned above.

If you encounter an error during the attempt to join the zone, ensure the code is correct. If you're still facing the problem, make sure that the owner of the zone has enabled the "Joining the zone" option. You can verify this on the owner’s account by navigating to the Zone Profile > Zone settings and checking if the "Enable joining zone" toggle is ON.
