Why am I unable to Boost Charge?

If you’re having trouble with boost charging, please check the following:

  1. Restricted Hours: Go to the settings page and disable any restricted hours to allow charging 24/7.

  2. Proper Connection: Ensure the connector is properly plugged in at both ends and that the app status shows "Ready to charge."

  3. Solar Preferences: If solar preferences are enabled, the charger requires a minimum of 6A to initiate the charge.
