  • Check for Capitalization and Confusion with Characters: Ensure that you're entering the serial number with correct capitalization. Additionally, be mindful of potential confusion between similar-looking characters such as 'I' and 'L', or 'O' and '0'.
  • QR Code Scanning: If possible, scanning the QR code on the charger is the most reliable way to ensure the serial number is entered correctly. This helps eliminate manual entry errors.
  • Manual Entry and QR Code Scanning: If you've tried both manual entry and scanning the QR code, and the serial number is still not recognized, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
