What do I do if my charger does not connect to Electric Miles?

On the odd occasion, you will find your charger does not port over to Electric Miles. If this happens please follow below troubleshooting steps:

  • Check that your charger is online. You can use the companion app Installer Miles to do this.
  • Ensure you are entering the correct charger serial number. Using the built-in QR scanner should remove any potential errors
  • Don't tap on ''Join an Existing charger''
