Why isn't my scheduled charge initiating at the intended time?

There may be interference, if you have put any settings on your vehicle's app or Energy Supplier App they would override and could cause some issues. If not, please contact our support team support@electricmiles.co.uk to investigate further, but for the time being, you can put it on plug & charge to ensure you still have access to the car.
