How do I access more than the last 30 sessions of my charging session history?

To access your full charging session history since you started using the Electric Miles app, navigate to the History screen and simply tap on the "Download" icon located in the top right corner. Once the file is prepared, we will email it to you as a CSV file. The file provides information about each charging session including dates, durations, energy consumed and any associated costs.

Please note that while you can access your full charging session history, we currently provide the ability to retrieve session history for up to the last 90 days. If you require data beyond this timeframe, we recommend downloading your session history regularly to ensure you have access to the information you need.
