Why is there no cost indicated for my charging session?

One of the main reasons why there aren’t costs displayed on the charging history screen is because there hasn’t been a tariff added. Setting your tariff is crucial for the app to calculate and display the amount of money you spend for each charging session. Electric Miles automatically knows the peak and off-peak rates for the majority of tariffs, we just need to know your tariff name.

To add your tariff simply tap on the banner that appears at the top of the Overview screen, labelled "Energy Supplier." You will be guided through a quick and intuitive tariff setup process.

Additionally, it's important to note that sometimes no active power will also lead to zero cost. If your charging session does not involve any active power consumption, such as when the charger is idle or not actively supplying power to your vehicle, the cost for that session will be displayed as zero.
