How do I enable smart charging?

We recommend that if you have a dual tariff that you use Smart Charging in order to help us maximise the benefits your off-peak hours.
Follow the below instructions to set up smart charging -
1. Go onto the Overview page on the Electric Miles app.

2. Add your Energy supplier and tariff so our app can work out the peak/off–peak hours and costs.

3. Tap on Smart Charge on the Overview page

4. Tap on Turn on smart charging tab

5. Select off-peak

6. Set the time for the car to be ready by to – ideally after your off-peak end time.

7. save

i) make sure to select the right tariff to trigger the session at the right time.

ii) Ensure Restricted Charging Hours are off or do not interfere with the smart charging hours.
